How long does it take to repair?
It entirely depends on the nature of the repair and what you want to repair. Usually, it may take 1 to 2 hours to repair, excluding the queue time. However, for complicated issues, including water damage and Motherboard repair, it may take 2 to 10 days to diagnose & monitor the problem flawlessly. If parts need to be imported from overseas, then it may require a month.
Am I allowed to check repair work in progress?
Yes, you can check the progress anytime, as we prefer doing it face to face.
Do you offer express service if I want my device immediately?
Absolutely, we do provide for a fee. Our customer care staff can better assist you in this matter.
Can you easily recover my hard drive or mobile data?
We truly value the data, photos, and videos that you have on your mobile phone. That’s why; our experts and professionals use their exceptional skills to retrieve your data without harming it.
Do I need any prior appointment to bring my laptop/mobile to you?
There is no compulsion; walk-in is fine too. Nevertheless, it is always preferable to drop your devices early. The device that comes at closing time is surely tomorrow’s work.
Can your expert team or engineer visit my home or office?
At present, we are not providing this facility, but we do consider this option for corporate repair work and in case of special requests.
